Il-103 agreement

Another milestone has been achieved, after UAC (United Aircraft Corporation) and Aviation Engineering Zrt., subsidiary of Magnus Aircraft Zrt., have signed a cooperative agreement back in August 2019. Under the terms of this agreement, UAC has transferred the manufacturing and sales rights of the Il-103 type aircraft to Aviation Engineering Zrt.

Despite the pandemic, the parties got closer to soaring the Il-103 aircraft high again by signing the license agreement on 17th of March 2021, as another decisive step towards the realization of the project.
Thanks to the recent negotiations, the parties have successfully completed the first phase of the cooperation, which will allow Magnus Aircraft Zrt. to begin the production of the first Hungarian-made, modernized Il-103, while launching the modernization process for the type.

Their goal is to create an aircraft that will be known and recognized in the world of general aviation for its modern equipment and generous flight characteristics.
