Hungarian small plane crosses the Atlantic Ocean

On 18 August 2022, Magnus Aircraft's two-seat, light aircraft took off from Pécs-Pogány airport to fly across 9 countries and the Atlantic Ocean to the company's US headquarters in Florida. This type of small aircraft has never made such a long journey from Hungary.

In the first transatlantic ferry flight in the company's aviation history, the outstanding performance of this ultra-light, unique-looking, single-engine aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 600kg serves to highlight the potential of the Hungarian minds with its worldwide reputation.

Following its successful arrival in the US, the Magnus Fusion aircraft will be displayed at several US airports, exhibitions and iconic sites during a nearly two-month tour, before finally arriving at the company's new headquarters in DeLand, Florida.
